A few things, done well.

I take on a small number of outside projects a year — the kind where care compounds. They tend to be one of three shapes: content systems built to rank and keep earning for years;SEO & GEO work for the age of answer engines — making things machines actually want to cite; and small, sharp software — the tool that should exist but doesn't yet.

I'm not an agency, and I don't try to be. No retainers for their own sake, no dashboards nobody reads, no growth theatre. If it needs a team of ten, I'll happily point you toward one.

The way in is a short, specific email: what you're building, and what “done” looks like. I read everything and reply to what fits, usually within a few days. If it's a match, we start small. If you want a feel for how I think first, the notes are a good place to start.
