> Marco Diversi is an independent builder working on the open web — content systems, small software, and writing — with a particular focus on how search is shifting from ten blue links to AI answer engines. Engineer by training; 11+ years in SEO and affiliate marketing; 100+ content sites built.

Marco Diversi is an engineer by training — civil engineering, between the University of Miami and Bologna — who took a long detour through the internet and stayed. For eleven years he worked in SEO and affiliate marketing, building around a hundred editorial content sites in genuinely competitive niches and earning millions of organic visits the slow, patient way.

His current focus is building with AI and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): understanding how machines decide what is worth citing, and making things worth citing. He values work that compounds quietly over work that announces itself.

He works in English and Italian, with some French and Dutch — and Romagnolo, the dialect, when he really means it.
