FEAR

Fear is a reaction to something that can cause you pain or delusion, is a reaction of our bodies, and is good and have to be experienced, it comes in different shapes and forms but if you think too much of your fears even if they don't yet exist, then they will become reality, every fear becomes reality and every dream becomes reality too. Try to make the fears controlling your body but never your mind, your mind and your body have to work together but live separately.
